Calls to our free international calls number are taken out of your
cross-network minutes.
T-Mobile contract users
important changes!
T-Mobile have changed their policies, and after
1st June 2007, calls to
our free international calls number 07744 788 877 will no
longer be taken out of your inclusive minutes. Instead, calls to
this number will be charged at 12p per minute. This is
completely outside our control. However, we have developed an
alternative service - please see our T-Mobile page for more information.
Until 1st June 2007 please continue to use our free calls 07744 788 877 service.
O2 contract users
important changes!
O2 users who joined O2 before 27 April 2007 and do not change
their contract can still use our free calls from O2
service. For O2 customers who joined O2 after 27 April 2007,
calls to our access numbers will not be taken out of your inclusive
minutes. Instead, please see our alternative O2 cheap
calls service.
O2 pay as you go
Please see our new free
calls from O2 service. Calls won't be free but will be charged
at your standard landline rate.
You can use O2 'Bolt ons' to get more minutes which you can
use on our new service. Also, see if you are eligible for any 'treats'
(generally you must have been with O2 for at least 6 months, and spent
around £10 per month) - call 2211 from your O2 phone and see if you
qualify for the "Pay & Go Free Anytime minutes treat" or "Pay
& Go Free Offpeak Minutes treat". If you do,
you will be able to use these minutes to make free international calls
with our service!
Virgin Mobile important changes!
Virgin Mobile is a virtual network that uses T-Mobile. Virgin Mobile
might make the same changes that T-Mobile have. Please contact
them for more details. Contract users: calls to our free international
calls number are taken out of your inclusive minutes. Note that if
sign up to Virgin Pay Monthly in a Virgin Mobile store (that means
some Virgin Megastores and WHSmith outlets) you can get double
minutes for long as you remain a pay monthly customer. Even more
minutes to make free calls!
'Bundle' users: if you buy an
additional 'bundle' of calls and texts, you will be able to use the
bundled minutes to make free international phone calls with our
service. For more information about bundles, call 789 from your
Virgin phone, or pick up a leaflet at a Virgin Megastore.
Vodafone 'Stop the Clock'
With this new offer from Vodafone, at evenings and weekends you can
call our access number for 60 minutes, and pay for just 3!
Contract users: if you're on a new 'Anytime' price plan, you should
have 'Stop the Clock' already. Otherwise call 08080 125 678 for free
from your Vodafone to register.
Pay as you go users: you need to be on Vodafone's "Smartplus" plan.
With this offer, you will be able to pay for a 3 minute call to our
access number (£1.05) but stay on the phone for 60 minutes!
To add this call 08080 125 678 from your Vodafone.
'Fresh'
You can call our free international calls access number for just 15p
per minute.
