Orange: call 150. From any other phone dial 0800 80 10 80. Vodafone: dial 191 191 from a Vodafone or 01635 687423 from any other phone. O2: 0870 214 000. T-Mobile: 0800 956 2120 (free call). Virgin: 0845 6000 789. Three: 333 from your Three handset. Tesco Mobile: 0870 900 4455. When you call from a mobile, remember to only press the call or send button after dialing the access number but not again after dialing the destination number. Information for cheap international phone calls for different mobile networks O2 If you joined O2 before 27th April 2007 and haven't upgraded or started a new contract since, you can make free calls to our 0870 794 4840 and 0844 570 4840 access numbers using your inclusive minutes. Customers joining O2 or changing their contract after this date or pre-pay customers should use our new service. Vodafone New: use our new service. Contract / pay monthly users: you can make great savings on Vodafone's rip-off international call charges. Vodafone don't include calls to our service in your freee minutes. Exactly how much you can save depends on what tariff you're on: Anytime 30 / Anytime 100: calls to our 0870 794 4840 cheap calls access number are charged at the 'fixed line / vodafone' rate i.e. 15p per minute. This means we are at least 84% cheaper (for countries like Ireland) and up to 91% cheaper (for countries like Nigeria). Even if you pay an extra £2.50 for Vodafone's "International Call Saver" we will still be at least 25% cheaper and up to 83% cheaper! To put it in perspective, for phoning Jamaica Vodafone charges £1.65 (or 90p with the "International Call Saver" option) but with us you pay just 15p!! Anytime 200 / Anytime 400: calls to our 0870 794 4840 cheap calls access number are charged at 12p per minute. This means we are at least 87% cheaper and up to 92% cheaper. Even if you pay Vodafone extra for "International Call Saver" we are at least 40% cheaper and up to 86% cheaper. Anytime 1000: this tariff includes "International Call Saver", so its call charges are lower than Vodafone's normal charges, but still a rip off. We are at least 40% cheaper and up to 86% cheaper! Evening & Weekend: at peak times, calls to our cheap calls access number are 35p per minute, which means calls will be at least 62% cheaper and up to 78% cheaper. If you opt for Vodafone's "International Call Saver" option then at peak time we will not be cheaper for Republic of Ireland, USA, Canada and most of Europe, but we will be at least 12% cheaper and up to 61% cheaper. At off peak times calling our access number costs 10p per minute so we will be at least 89% cheaper and up to 93% cheaper. If you have Vodafone's "International Call Saver" option we will be at least 50% cheaper and up to 88% cheaper! Unfortunately we have no information for our 0844 number or for Vodafone's pay-as-you-go users due to the fact that Vodafone makes it difficult for us to get their pricing information clearly. T-Mobile New: use our new service. Contract / pay monthly customers can make excellent savings over T-Mobile's rip-off call charges. Calls to our 0870 794 4840 cheap calls access number are just 10p per minute at all times making us at least 80% cheaper (on countries like Republic of Ireland) and up to 92% cheaper (on countries like Nigeria and Jamaica). Even if you pay T-Mobile another £2.50 per month (why waste your money?) for their 'International Option' we are still at least 33% cheaper (except for USA and Canada). It is unclear what T-Mobile charge for our 0844 cheap calls number so please contact them to find out. T-Mobile pre-pay customers can save too. Calls to our 0870 794 4840 cheap international calls number are 40p per minute at all times, which is at least 42% cheaper (for countries like USA) than using T-Mobile and up to 77% cheaper (for countries like Thailand). Just to make it clear, T-Mobile would charge you a rip-off £1.80 per minute for phoning somewhere like Japan but with us it would cost just 40p. Virgin Mobile Virgin Mobile charges 15p per mimute for calling our cheap calls number 0870 794 4840. Due to the way Virgin charges calls to our number, it isn't economical to use our service to phone the Republic of Ireland. However for all other countries we are significantly cheaper. We are at least 25% cheaper (for countries like Australia) and up to 81% cheaper (for countries like South Korea). Virgin Mobile would charge you 40p per minute for phoning Spain but with us you'll be charged just 15p - great low cost international calls! Virgin Mobile would charge you an outrageous 80p per minute to call Nigeria. Again, our service is just 15p per minute. Orange Got cross-network minutes? Make free international calls from your Orange phone. For contract / pay monthly customers, the cost of dialing our access numbers depends on what kind of tariff you're on: 'Your Plan' or 'Orange to Orange off peak': our 0870 794 4840 and 0844 570 4840 access numbers cost just 10p per minute to phone. Excellent value. Everyday 50: this is the best Orange tariff for making cheap international phone calls. Our 0870 794 4840 cheap calls access number costs 35p per minute at peak times but is included in your inclusive evening minutes and when your minutes are used up calls will cost just 1p per minute! It is not clear how Orange charge for the 0844 number on this tariff so please contact them. But by using the 0870 number you can make 50 minutes of off-peak international calls every day for free! Orange Everytime (20 / 200 / 400 / 1000): it costs just 10p per minute at any time to phone our 0870 794 4480 cheap calls access number. Costs for the 0844 number are not clear so please contact Orange and ask them. Orange Talk Plans (i.e. Talk 60 / 150 / 200 / 500 / 1800 / 5000 / 10000): it costs just 10p per minute at any time to phone our 0870 794 4840 number. Costs for the 0844 number are not clear so please contact Orange and ask them. If you're on 'Your Plan', an Orange Talk Plan or Orange Everytime we are at least 33% cheaper and up to 87% cheaper. For instance, calling Nigeria with us will cost just 10p per minute but with Orange it would cost a ridiculous 80p per minute! Even for phoning (for example) Austria, Denmark or Spain we are 50% cheaper - we charge 10p and Orange charges 20p! For pay-as-you-go users the costs are as follows: Fixed Rates All Day: calls to both our week and weekend cheap calls access numbers are just 10p per minute at any time. This means we are at least 50% cheaper and up to 90% cheaper than Orange's international call charges! Talk and Save: calls to both our access numbers cost just 25p for the first 3 minutes and thereafter just 5p. Great value! This means that for the first 3 minutes we are cheaper for all countries except Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, USA, Canada and Europe 1 and 2 zones. For all other countries we are at least 42% cheaper and up to 80% cheaper. Thereafter we are at least 75% cheaper and up to 95% cheaper (e.g. for Nigeria). Choose your own off-peak: calls to both our access numbers cost 35p per minute at peak times and just 10p per minute at off-peak times! This means that at peak time we are only cheaper if you are phoning Australia, New Zealand and 'rest of the world'. At off peak times we are at least 50% cheaper and 90% cheaper! Three / 3 New: we have a new service just for 3 customers: make international calls for 10p/min! If you're a Three pay monthly / contract customer then you can make great savings over Three's rip-off international call charges. Calling our both our cheap calls access numbers (i.e. 0870 794 4840 and 0844 570 4840) costs just 15p per minute from the 'voice & picture service area'. This means that using our service will be at least 25% cheaper and up to 81% cheaper. For example, for calling Singapore Three charges you 40p per minute, but if you use our service you are only charged 15p per minute--that's over 60% cheaper! If you're a Three pre-pay (i.e. ThreePay) customer then you can make great savings too. Calls to bother our access numbers are charged at just 15p per minute so this means that using our service will be at least 40% cheaper and up to 85% cheaper. For instance, calling Zimbabwe with Three would cost you £1.00 per minute but if you use our cheap calls access number it would cost you just 15p per minute--that's 85% cheaper! Three is fairly unique as it offers calls to 0871 numbers for just 15p per minute so this means you can call India for just 15p! Please visit our Cheap Calls India web site for more information. Tesco Mobile (updated 5 January 2006) We have developed a new service just for Tesco Mobile customers. Make international calls, UK landline calls and UK mobile calls (O2, Orange) for just 10p (not just on your 3 favourites!) - see our Tesco page (includes details for Tesco Value SIM users too)! Tesco Mobile has outrageous charges for international calls! For example, for phoning Spain they would charge you 89p per minute and if that's not bad enough, for phoning Nigeria they would charge you £1.50! But the good news is that you can just use our cheap calls service and pay Tesco Mobile's standard charge of 20p saving around 75%! If you have a Tesco Value SIM, you just pay 15p per minute. You may note that we have limited information for O2 or Vodafone on this web site. This is because these two networks make it difficult to get their pricing information. We are going to make a request to them for pricing information, and if we do not receive it we will contact the telecom industry regulator OFCOM to make a complaint. We would expect OFCOM to act decisively given that Vodafone and O2 are seen as having 'significant market power'.
