The great news is that you can use the service from your mobile too, giving you massive savings compared to normal international mobile tariffs!

Of special interest are the national rate access numbers (0870 794 4840 for during the week, and 0844 570 4840). You can call over 30 countries with these numbers and many mobile operators include these numbers in your free inclusive minutes, so it definetly makes sense to save both numbers in your phone book. Note you should double-check whether your provider includes calls to 0870 and 0844 numbers in your minutes before you call. Please visit our special mobile call costs page for detailed information for most UK networks. If you want to contact your operator, here are the numbers for the most popular ones:

• Orange: call 150 and type in 62 immediately to get a human! From any other phone dial 0800 80 10 80. Orange users: please see special section below for extra savings.
  Great news: Orange users can now use our cheap calls 0844 570 4840 number at weekends and from 24 May, pay as you go users will be able to dial our premium rate (09x) numbers. Orange's web site has more information.
• Vodafone: dial 191 191 from a Vodafone or 01635 687423 from any other phone.
• O2: 0870 214 000.
• T-Mobile: 0800 956 2120 (free call).
• 'Three': 0870 7330 333.
• Virgin: 0845 6000 789.
• Tesco Mobile: 0870 900 4455 - please see our special section below.

When you call from a mobile, remember to only press the call or send button after dialing the access number but not again after dialing the destination number. Special information for Tesco Mobile users
Tesco Mobile has outrageous charges for international calls! For example, for phoning Spain they would charge you 89p per minute and if that's not bad enough, for phoning Nigeria they would charge you £1.50! But the good news is that you can phone any of our national rate countries and just pay Tesco Mobile's standard charge of 20p!

Special information for Orange users
Calls to 0870 are taken out of your inclusive minutes (for contract customers) and charged as a national call for pay-as-you-go users. Outside your inclusive minutes, Orange charges for calls to 0870 numbers at your tariff's landline rate. For Everyday 50 users, this means you can make up to 50 minutes of free off peak international calls per day, and at off-peak times outside inclusive minutes, international calls will only cost 1p per minute!

From 24th May, Orange pay-as-you-go users can use our premium rate (09) access numbers
Orange are finally allowing access to these numbers for prepay customers. Find out more at the Orange web site.

Orange now lets you use our 0844 570 4840 cheap calls number!
If you're on Everyday 50, calls to this number will cost 12p per minute at peak times. At off peak time the cost is unsure, even Orange don't seem to provide accurate information. We recommend phoning Orange and asking them. If they then bill you differently, contact them and demand a refund.

For Orange users on other contract plans/tariffs, there's good news too: you can all our cheap international calls 0844 570 4840 number for only 10p per minute at any time. Unfortunately calls aren't taken out of your inclusive minutes, but hey, it's still far cheaper than paying Orange's rip-off charges (check out their international call charges if you want proof!).

Finally, even Orange pay-as-you-go users aren't left out. They too can get low cost international phone calls using the 0844 570 4840 cheap calls access number. The cost of dialing the number is the same as an ordinary UK landline call on your phone, so depending on which of Orange's PAYG plans you're on (e.g. Fixed Rates All Day / Talk and Save etc.) you could save anywhere from 5% to 90% based on where you call! For example, if you are on "choose your own off peak" plan, you can call any of the national call rate destinations on this web site (i.e. any country with an 0870/0844 access number) for just 10p per minute at off-peak times!
